Okay, purely from the Survivor Panama: Exile Island intros, here's what I'm getting.

Intro #1 (4 tribes)
Casaya Tribe (in order of shown, first to last) - Ruth Marie, Cirie, Melinda, Tina
Bayoneta Tribe (in order of shown, first to last) - Sally, Danielle, Courtney, Misty

Boot order (episodes 1 - 4):
Casaya - Tina (1st), Melinda (2nd)
La Mina - Misty (3rd), Ruth Marie (4th)

Intro #2 (2 tribes)
Casaya Tribe (in order of shown, first to last) - Shane, Danielle, Bobby, Melinda, Bruce, Cirie, Courtney, Aras, Tina
La Mina Tribe (in order of shown, first to last) - Dan, Sally, Nick, Ruth Marie, Austin, Misty, Terry

Look how the Casaya tribe's first intro corresponds to their boots. Tina (shown last) was booted first, Melinda (shown third) was booted second and Ruth Marie (shown first) was booted third from the original Casaya tribe, not including other tribes. Can this be applied to Bayoneta since Misty (shown last) was first out of the original Bayoneta?

Also note, Melinda and Ruth Marie were both shown fourth in the second intro video on Casaya and La Mina respectively. Both were second boots from the tribes (Casaya booted Tina then Melinda, La Mina booted Misty then Ruth Marie).

So, I wonder who will be next. But I think the Bayoneta girls will be gone Misty -> Courtney -> Sally -> Danielle. Courtney right now, to me, has a high chance of missing the merge. Unless Casaya is able to continue their winning streak, she may be one to boot.
